GraPL.net Licence Summary

You need to purchase one copy of GraPL.net for each developer who will be using it. Deployment is unrestricted and royalty-free, in particular:

• You may install GraPL.net on your development and production web servers.
• GraPL.net can be accessed, through your application, by as many clients as you require.
• You may redistribute the GraPL.net components with the installation set for your desktop application.

Copy and usage restrictions

The full license agreement allows you to make unlimited copies of the Software, and to reproduce it on any computer on which you carry out development work. You may also allow others to use it, on the understanding that there is no possibility of more than one copy being used for development work by different people at the same time.

Deployment of GraPL.net as part of an application, over a network or on a web server is not restricted in any way, as long as your application is not simply a trivial wrapper around the GraPL.net functionality. This restriction is simply there to prevent you from writing an application with similar functionality to GraPL (desktop), either as a stand-alone executable or a web-service. We would regard this as an example of making copies of the software available to developers, rather than simply to end-users of your application.
