GraPL - Graphing power unleashed

GraPL lets you produce quality graphs quicker and easier than ever before.

Do you need to draw graphs for reports, data analysis or publication?

Have you ever wondered why, despite great advances in word processors and spreadsheets, it is so hard to produce the everyday graphs you need, in the standard office applications?

Have you ever resorted to drawing a graph by hand, or using the lines and boxes in a drawing package because your spreadsheet can't draw graphs the way you want them?

If so you need GraPL.

GraPL makes drawing professional business graphs simple. Even when complicated layouts are required. The following examples show a few of the ways GraPL can be used to illustrate real data in a clear and concise chart.

Mobile phones

Mobile phone usage in the UK

This chart is a reproduction of one published in the Guardian newspaper, January 2000. It shows how GraPL can be used to produce clear eye catching graphs to support a presentation, or published article.

Middle East oil production

Oil production in the middle east

This graph shows a detailed breakdown of oil production in the Middle East, as well as an overview of how it relates to oil production in the the rest of the world.

This technique of combining multiple charts on the same graphic can often be used to present a large amount of data in a small space, and is ideal for slideshows, where separate graphs would require more slides, or a cluttered layout.

Checkweigher

Checkweigher data

This chart, taken from the multiple.gpl example file, illustrates how the built in mathmatical functions in GraPL can be used to generate a Logistic fit curve from raw data.
