GraPL.net is our legacy product for website developers, now largely superseded by SharpPlot. It lets you embed VML, SVG and PNG graphs into your ASP based web pages. GraPL.NET uses the GraPL charting engine, coupled to a simple COM interface, to let you generate dynamic graphs from your data using simple server-side VBScript.

How do GraPL and GraPL.net fit together?

GraPL and GraPL.net share the same charting engine, so we have built a plugin for GraPL [see the GraPL plugins page] that lets you generate GraPL.net ASP and VB scripts directly.

It is often easiest to develop the look and feel of your chart in GraPL, export it to a GraPL.net script, and then convert the script to look at your database, so that it reflects the latest data on your servers.

But what does it cost?

GraPL.net costs £500 ($900 US) per developer, including the following no-nonsense royalty free runtime licence:

• You may install GraPL.net on your development and production web servers.
• GraPL.net can be accessed, through your application, by as many clients as you require.
• You may redistribute the GraPL.net components with the installation set for your desktop application.

In addition, you might like to subscribe to our support service CUSP which ensures you always have access to the latest version of the software as well as receiving automatic email notification of fixes and updates. This costs an additional £120 per year, and is renewable annually.

Where can I buy it from?

You can buy GraPL.net directly from this website using a credit card.
If you would prefer to pay by invoice simply send a mail to sales@grapl.net, letting us know how many licences you need, your name, postal address and VAT code if you are mailing from the European Union. We will then send you an appropriate invoice and licence agreement through the post.

Whichever payment method you chose, you will have to download the software from the downloads section of this site.
