The GraPL Engine – History and Heritage

GraPL.NET is an implementation of a powerful graphics engine which has been in use around the world for over 10 years. Typical users have been the major banks and insurance companies, and government departments such as the Finnish Department of National Statistics were one of our first major international clients.

The engine has evolved over a long period to meet the needs of a large community of scientific and professional users - this section documents some of the major milestones in its development from a simple PostScript engine to full-blown SVG support.
