GraPL.net includes free basic e-mail based support, just send us a mail at support@grapl.com. We often add new features and capabilities based on customer requirements, so if you would like to ensure that you always have the latest version of GraPL.net you can subscribe to our CUSP service.

CUSP (Causeway Update and Support Programme)

The CUSP service gives you free updates to GraPL.NET as soon as a feature is added or a bug fixed. This includes any new major releases, as well as many many small updates. You will receive an e-mail every time something new is available, letting you choose when to upgrade. Using this service lets you benefit from features that other users have requested before they are available on the main GraPL website.

A years subscription to CUSP costs £120 ($200 US) and can be purchased from this site.
